Like all organisations and businesses which use your personal information, we have to provide information about the purposes for which we use your personal data, the rights you have over it, and what that means in practice.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will always keep your personal information safe and will never sell it to third parties. We will be clear and open with you about why we collect your personal information and how we use it. Where you have choices or rights, we will explain them to you and respect your wishes. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by contacting us. If requested, data will be removed and destroyed. Please note that all processing of your personal data will cease once you have withdrawn consent, other than required by law, but this will not affect any personal data that has already been processed prior to this request.
The data which we hold about you is only that necessary to promote and provide guided tours of the centrifuge; to maintain, and make accessible the centrifuge building on an ongoing basis; and to let you know about any other Farnborough Air Sciences Trust (FAST) events and opportunities which may be of interest.
We do our best to ensure that any personal data given to us is protected and securely stored. We use security features to try and prevent any unauthorised access.
Our Data controller and processor is Sue Adcock.
