The Farnborough Air Sciences Trust (FAST) was founded in 1993 to safeguard the priceless heritage of the Royal Aircraft Establishment (RAE). The Trust works to preserve and promote the huge contribution to the development of aeronautical science made by the scientists, engineers, craftsmen and other personnel engaged in a wide range of occupations at Farnborough since the creation of the RAE in 1918.
